Since our beginnings, founded in 1993 by Stuart & Sylvia Miller, we made it our obsession to deliver customers exactly what we love in a pretzel. After 18 years, Sylvia ultimately retired and their son Justin decided to join the family business and work to expand Pretzel Cafe with Stuart. We've never been more proud of being referred to as , "THE Pretzel Chefs", and we are humbled by our customers continuing to make Pretzel Cafe a success!

Domestic (plus Italy)
All of the products and ingredients we use and offer are sourced from here in the USA. The only exception for us is our pizza sauce. But hey, when you want the best pizza sauce money can buy, you get it from Italy. No questions asked.

We have 3 locations spread across North Carolina in cities: Greensboro, Hickory, and Fayetteville. You can expect a consistent experience in all 3 locations as we are lucky to mention our GM's have all been with us for, at the shortest 8 years. These 3 special ladies make visiting any of our location's fun and sure to satisfy your pretzel cravings.
